Conference organization
The Need to Know Conferences are a collaboration between the Institute of National Remembrance in Poland, the Center for Cold war studies at the University of Southern Denmark, King’s College London, International Centre for Defence and Security and Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Research on Consequences of War.
We invite local partners and change locations for the conference each year. Please contact anyone of us, if you would like to contribute to the network.
Our aim is to be an arena where new, primarily postwar research on the history of intelligence can be presented and discussed, and to bring forward knowledge seen through the light of a changing world, where information falls privy to the releasing and sealing of information due to new political formations.
